1. User-Generated Content
The app allows users to rate and comment on tasting samples. This user-generated content ("Content") is subject to the following terms:

Legality: You may only create and upload content that you are legally permitted to create and distribute. You may not upload content that violates any law, copyright or other third party rights.
Respect: You agree to be respectful and tolerant of other users and their opinions in your content. You may not create any defamatory, offensive or otherwise harmful content.
License: By submitting content to the app, you grant the operator of the app a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, transmit and create derivative works of such content.

The operator of the app reserves the right to share user-generated content in order to improve the app and optimize the user experience. This may include sharing content with third parties, such as partners or service providers. However, the operator of the app will only share the content in accordance with these terms of use and applicable data protection laws.
3. Disclaimer
The operator of the app assumes no responsibility for the content created by users. The content does not reflect the views or opinions of the operator of the app. The operator of the app assumes no liability for damage that may arise from the use of content.
4. Eligibility
You must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this service.
5. Changes to Terms
The operator of the app can change these terms of use at any time. The changed terms of use will be published on the app's website and will take effect immediately.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is Biel/Bienne, Switzerland.
